This rare stunning 1.81ct Padparadscha Sapphire is amazing set on a 9ct white gold band tapered 7mm-3.5mm.
A little bit of history on the Padparadscha is the most rare, and most prized form of sapphire. It is also one of the most expensive gems in the world. The name padparadscha (sometimes spelled padparadsha) derives from the Sinhalese word Padma radschen, meaning lotus blossom, as the stone is of a similar colour to the lotus blossom.
