Jewellery Remodelling
We also remodel and reimagine heirloom jewellery — transforming meaningful pieces into something new, without losing their story. Existing gemstones can often be reused, while suitable metal may be reworked or professionally refined. Where reuse would compromise strength or finish, we will explain why new metal is the better choice.
I’m Charlie Lattimore, owner and jeweller at Jewellery By Design NZ. For six years, I have worked closely with clients to create one-of-a-kind jewellery, engagement rings and meaningful remodels from our Christchurch studio.
I run the business alongside my wife, Hannah, while we raise our daughter, Lara. What began with a fascination for gemstones has developed into a design-led practice focused on proportion, wearability and craftsmanship that lasts.
